Please review and send in all warrantee information that comes with your products.
ALL warrantee claims are to be directed to the manufacturer, NOT to Waterbed
Heaven Bedrooms, Inc. If a warrantee claim should arise, please feel free to con-
tact us if you need any assistance with filing your claim.
Return Policy -
Waterbed Heaven Bedrooms is here to help you select and order the correct items
for your particular needs. We strive to make your online purchase as hassle free as
possible. You will receive a confirmation of your order prior to shipping.
PLEASE
confirm your order for accuracy, i.e. size, color, etc... and save your receipt. If
you
find an error on your order, contact us as soon as possible with any changes needed
prior to shipment. Any errors found after items are received will be subject to a
15% restocking fee.
If you have a return, please contact us for a Return Authorization number, (RA#),
and follow these instructions:
Returns:
1) Must be made within 30 days from the date the order
was shipped.
Note: Used items are NOT
returnable.
2) Return via insured UPS or insured parcel post. Do
not send C.O.D.
Shipping and handling costs, (to and
from), are non-refundable.
3) Must be accompanied with original receipt.
4) Must have RA# written or attached clearly on outside of box.
